  The inflatables were clean and well-supervised. Two of the 3 staff members I encountered were courteous and helpful. But the third was shockingly rude. I was confused about ticketing and while assisting me, he didn't realize I was in earshot and referred to me as "the mom with issues". I confronted him about his comment and instead of offering an apology, he denied it. I told him that I caught him being rude and now he was lying to my face about it and he accused me of "making stuff up". The encounter put a damper on an otherwise wonderful community event. We would have stayed longer and purchased more tickets if not for this employee. This was the worst customer service I've ever received anywhere.
